According to sales advice, the Toyota Hilux 2024 will come to Vietnam with two versions: 2.4L 4×2 AT and 2.8L 4×4 AT Adventure, with prices lower than the predecessor by over a hundred million dong.
It is reported that Toyota Hilux 2024 is being pre-ordered by Vietnamese dealers with two versions: 2.4L 4×2 AT and 2.8L 4×4 AT Adventure. The expected selling prices for these two versions range from 700 to over 900 million dong. If the listed prices are correct, the Toyota Hilux 2024 will be cheaper by up to 150 million dong compared to the previous version, which will help increase its competitiveness in the segment.

However, Toyota Vietnam has not yet confirmed this information. Currently, on the official website of the distributor, there is only one Toyota Hilux 2.4L 4×2 AT.
It is expected that Toyota Hilux 2024 in Vietnam will have a design similar to the newly upgraded version launched in the Australian and Indonesian markets not long ago. Accordingly, the car will have a new hexagonal-shaped grille, giving it a sportier look. Meanwhile, the LED headlights and fog lights have been redesigned to improve visibility when driving at night. In addition, there is a new front bumper and silver-colored lower fog light garnish. The car is equipped with new 17-inch alloy wheels.
In the Indonesian market, the Toyota Hilux 2024 also has a rear wiper, 2 front parking sensors, and 4 rear parking sensors. These features help improve the safety of Toyota’s models.
Inside the cabin, the new Hilux model for the Indonesian market is equipped with a 7-inch infotainment system with device mirroring and DVD, USB, and Bluetooth connectivity, black leather seats, and automatic air conditioning.
The Toyota Hilux 2024 in the archipelago does not have the new mild hybrid engine like the one for the Australian market. Instead, the car continues to use the two diesel engine options as in the previous version.
The first is a 4-cylinder, 2.4L engine, producing a maximum power of 144 horsepower and a maximum torque of 400 Nm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission and a 1-axle drivetrain.
The second is a 4-cylinder, turbocharged, 2.8L engine with a maximum power of 201 horsepower and a maximum torque of 500 Nm. The engine is accompanied by a 6-speed automatic transmission and a 2-axle drivetrain.
