This offer will apply to most Audi models, except for A3, Q3, Q4 e-tron and R8.

Audi is encouraging customers who have ordered new cars to switch to buying available stock models and in return, the automaker will refund customers up to $2,500 (~61 million VND).

The company announced this program in a dealer notification and called it the “Sold Vehicle Replacement Assistance” program. Audi wants to encourage customers to choose an available stock vehicle that is equal to or higher in value than the model they have ordered.

Cars Direct notes that this program is available for most Audi models, except for those who have ordered an A3, Q3, Q4 e-tron, or R8. The program applies to customers who have “sold” cars or even those who are leasing cars. It also combines with other promotions and will run until the end of February 29th.

This is not the first time Audi has implemented an interesting promotion like this in the US. The German automaker regularly offers special discounts to Costco members through the Costco Auto Program. Last year, members could purchase A3, S3, A4, S4, Q3, Q5, SQ5, Q5 Sportback, SQ5 Sportback, Q5 TFSI e, Q8, and SQ8 with a $1,000 discount (~24.6 million VND), while other available models were discounted by $1,500 (~37 million VND). Additionally, Costco members when purchasing the highest-end Audi models such as A8, S8, e-Tron GT, and RS e-Tron GT, could receive a $5,000 discount (~123 million VND).
