In April 2023, Bentley introduced the Le Mans 24h anniversary edition, consisting of two models, the Continental GT and GTC, marking the 20-year milestone since their victory at the 2003 Le Mans 24h race. According to the British car manufacturer, only 48 units were produced worldwide.
A Malaysian customer recently purchased this Bentley Continental GT Le Mans edition for over 4.5 million RM after taxes, which is approximately 22.1 billion VND. If it were to be sold in Vietnam, the price would likely be twice as high due to the vehicle’s 6.0-liter engine capacity.
All Continental GT Le Mans edition vehicles are painted in a Verdant Green exterior color, combined with white stripes running from the hood to the roof. The Malaysian customer’s car is no exception.
Several dark tone details highlight the exterior, such as the light/taillight trims, mirror caps, side moldings, front splitter, and window trims.
To enhance the sporty look of the exterior, Bentley has equipped this high-performance 2-door car with a carbon fiber kit, including a front lip, side skirts, diffuser, and a small spoiler on the trunk lid. All of them are made from carbon fiber, accompanied by prominent white accents.
This limited edition Bentley Continental is equipped with Y-shaped multi-spoke wheels, a glossy black finish, and measures 22 inches in size. The most notable feature is the ceramic-carbon brakes with red calipers.
The most striking element on this Le Mans collection car from the British luxury brand is the number 7 painted in white on the grille. This number represents Bentley’s Speed 8, which claimed victory at the 2003 24 Hours of Le Mans race.
The interior space of the Bentley Continental GT Le Mans edition is impressively designed with predominantly black tones, accented with red details on the steering wheel, seat belts, floor mats, and stitching. The entire dashboard is adorned with carbon fiber surfaces, while the wood veneer is finished in black.
There are 6 circles on the dashboard and door sills, representing Bentley’s 6 victories at the Le Mans race. The traditional central analog clock has been replaced with a bespoke digital clock. When the doors are open, a welcome light will appear to commemorate Bentley’s 2003 victory.
Under the hood of the Bentley Continental GT Le Mans edition is a twin-turbocharged W12 engine with a displacement of 6.0 liters, producing a power output of 659 horsepower and a maximum torque of 900 Nm. As a result, the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds before reaching a top speed of 335 km/h.
