In March 2024, Nissan continues its promotion program for 3 models: Almera, Navara, and Kicks. Particularly, the Nissan Almera receives a reduced discount compared to the pre-Tet period.

Meanwhile, both the Nissan Navara and Kicks e-Power continue to receive a 100% reduction in registration fee, as in the previous month. Additionally, the company also offers an additional 2 years of body insurance for customers purchasing these two models in March 2024.

Details of Nissan Vietnam’s promotion program in March 2024
The Nissan Navara has 3 versions: EL 2WD, VL 4WD, and PRO-4X with prices ranging from 699 to 970 million VND. With the company’s 100% registration fee reduction, customers purchasing this pickup truck model will save an amount ranging from 70 to 97 million VND.
Meanwhile, the Nissan Kicks e-Power V version is priced at 858 million VND. When purchasing this compact SUV in March 2024, customers will save 86 million VND. However, the dealerships are currently offering additional cash incentives for customers buying the Nissan Kicks e-Power. The total promotional value for this compact SUV has reached a record-breaking 200 million VND.
In Vietnam, the Nissan Kicks e-Power is currently only available in the premium V version. On the other hand, the standard E version has not been imported to Vietnam since the end of 2023. The Nissan distributor has not disclosed the specific reason for discontinuing the E version of the Kicks e-Power.
Currently, all Nissan models are fully imported from Thailand and come with a 5-year official warranty. As fully imported vehicles, Nissan cars in Vietnam do not have competitive prices. However, Nissan models have the advantage of fuel-efficient engines, especially the Kicks.
Specifically, the Nissan Kicks e-Power is equipped with a parallel hybrid powertrain, including an electric motor, lithium-ion battery, inverter, gasoline engine, and power generator. The electric motor of the Nissan Kicks e-Power generates a maximum output of 136 horsepower and a maximum torque of 280 Nm. The gasoline engine is a 3-cylinder DOHC 12-valve engine with a displacement of 1.2L, producing a maximum output of 82 horsepower and a maximum torque of 103 Nm.
The above-mentioned gasoline engine does not serve as the primary power source for the vehicle but acts as a power generator to charge the battery. Meanwhile, the electric motor serves as the primary power source. This powertrain allows the Nissan Kicks e-Power to operate like an electric vehicle without the need for charging and with exceptional fuel efficiency. The urban fuel consumption of this compact SUV is only 2.2 liters per 100 km.
