Compared to the Titanium version, the Ford Everest Platinum has comprehensive changes in both exterior and interior. It is easy to recognize the new design of the front grille with premium chrome grilles and the word Platinum in the middle of the hood.

The 20-inch alloy wheels – the largest in the segment of Everest Platinum with a new design, stand out when moving.

In the rear, the Ford Everest Platinum maintains its Modern and Sporty style with attractive taillights connected to each other by a strip of trim with the embossed name of the version.

The driver’s area has many notable changes such as the premium Maple wood patterned dashboard, the 3D Platinum logo placed in exquisite positions, diamond-patterned leather seats with raised stitching lines creating a diamond shape combined with the feature of ventilation and heating.

The 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with 3 memory positions, the 10-way power-adjustable passenger seat, the second-row seats with heating function, and the third-row seats can be power-folded to fully exploit the 876L cargo space (up to 1.796L when folding the second-row seats), the 12-speaker B&O system, and the Zone Lighting feature.

In addition to the improvements, Ford Everest Platinum retains familiar convenience features such as LED Matrix headlights, a vertically-oriented 12-inch touchscreen infotainment system with SYNC 4A, a 12.4-inch digital instrument cluster, an electronic gear lever, seats with heating and cooling functions, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, a panoramic sunroof, and wireless phone charging.

In terms of power, Ford Everest Platinum still uses the 2.0L Bi-Turbo diesel engine combined with a 10-speed automatic transmission and a 4WD system, producing a maximum power of 210 PS at 3,750 rpm and a peak torque of 500 Nm at 1,750 – 2,000 rpm. The car is equipped with a terrain management system with 6 driving modes.

The Platinum version has full driving support features: Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Departure Warning and Lane-Keeping Assist (LKA), Emergency Brake Assist (AEB), and Blind Spot Detection combined with Cross-Traffic Alert (BLIS).

In addition, the car is reinforced with high-strength steel in more positions. The new Everest version is equipped with 7 airbags around the car (including driver’s knee airbag) and a safety belt reminder feature at all positions in the car.

The Everest Platinum version is expected to be officially distributed in the second week of April 2024 with four colors: brown, white, black, and gray on the upcoming official e-commerce platform.
