From May 3rd to May 31st, 2024, customers purchasing the Veloz Cross (all versions) will receive one of two attractive promotional packages: a 0% interest rate for the first 12 months or a 1-year Toyota insurance package (Gold package). This promotion also applies to customers purchasing the Avanza Premio (all versions)

Toyota Veloz Cross

Previously, in March, Toyota Vietnam reduced the retail price of the Veloz Cross, increasing its competitiveness in the MPV segment. Specifically, the Veloz Cross CVT and CVT Top versions were reduced by 20 and 38 million VND, respectively, with new selling prices of 638 million and 660 million VND. In addition, after a period of time on the market, the Veloz Cross has also received positive feedback from customers.

In addition, customers can rest assured to use the car with the extended warranty program applied to the Veloz Cross & Avanza Premio duo for up to 5 years or 150,000 km.

Combining these advantages and the three unique benefits that the Japanese automaker offers for this small MPV, the Veloz Cross is expected to achieve impressive sales in May.

Leading safety equipment in the segment

Right from its launch, the Veloz Cross took the lead in the trend of safety equipment in the segment in Vietnam, making a strong impression and convincing customers who were interested in 7-seat multipurpose vehicles, especially families who prioritized safety for all passengers.

Even in terms of basic safety equipment, the Veloz Cross surpasses its competitors. It includes a familiar brake assist system (ABS, EBD, BA) and electronic balance (VSC), rear collision sensors, and a 360-degree camera to maximize the driver’s field of vision. This small MPV also features a Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA), as well as six airbags to protect all passenger positions.

Especially, the Veloz Cross affirms its position as the safest car in its segment with the Toyota Safety Sense package, which includes Pre-Collision System (PCS), Lane Departure Alert (LDA), Pedal Misoperation Control (PMC), Front Departure Alert (FDA), and Automatic High Beam (AHB). These advanced safety features used to be available only in mid-range models, but now Toyota has brought them to the MPV segment. Toyota is expected to gradually equip all models with advanced safety features in the future to maximize customer safety.

Trusted by Customers

Mr. Van Trung, who bought the Veloz Cross in early May 2024, said that he and his wife enjoyed traveling, and after visiting the dealership and test-driving the car, they felt that the Veloz Cross met their needs. They were attracted to the initial investment cost of just 638 million VND and the ongoing promotional 0% interest rate for the first 12 months, as well as the convenient interior space, spacious trunk, and flexible seat configurations. The deciding factor for them, however, was the safety features of the Veloz Cross.

With plans to drive to Da Nang this summer, Mr. Van Trung is reassured by the extensive network of Toyota dealerships across 86 provinces and cities nationwide. “Toyota cars are known for their durability and low maintenance. But for long-distance travel, it’s reassuring to know that repair and replacement services are readily available in case of emergencies.”

Veloz Cross on the Road

While beauty is subjective, the Veloz Cross stands out with its bold and modern design. The elongated body, stylish LED headlights, and distinctive LED strip across the tail make a strong statement. The Veloz Cross is leading the way in breaking free from the perception of conservative design associated with Japanese automakers.

Mr. Hoang Nam, a Veloz Cross owner for nearly two years, commutes about 30 km to work daily, not including traffic jams, and his family often takes weekend trips outside Hanoi or visits his parents, who live 100 km away. Despite this, his monthly fuel cost for the Veloz Cross is surprisingly low. “I no longer worry about high gas prices,” he shares.

With the positive market signals in the first quarter and Toyota Vietnam’s flexible price adjustment for the Veloz Cross, along with the promotional programs for the Veloz Cross and Avanza Premio MPVs, customers now have an easier time owning these vehicles. These strategies are expected to boost sales for the Toyota MPV duo in May and achieve impressive figures in the second quarter of 2024.
