News about Vietnamese tycoon Pham Tran Nhat Minh, commonly known as Minh “Nhua”, taking delivery of the first Rolls-Royce Spectre coupe in Vietnam has captured the attention of the local media and other Vietnamese tycoons. After a week, the son of another prominent businessman, Pham Van Muoi, shared insights into his purchase of the Rolls-Royce Spectre and his love for his partner.
Minh “Nhua” described the Rolls-Royce Spectre, being an electric vehicle, as a smooth and silent ride, akin to the unwavering silence he has maintained about his personal life for the past 13 years. He further added, “But today, I must reiterate, my wife will always be my wife.”
Minh “Nhua” also revealed that the day he took delivery of the electric luxury coupe, June 30, 2024, marked the 13th anniversary of his proposal to his long-term partner.
The Rolls-Royce Spectre is a brand new model from the British automaker, marking a turning point as their first all-electric vehicle. This is Minh “Nhua”‘s fourth Rolls-Royce, joining his collection of the Phantom, Ghost, and Cullinan. The price of his new Spectre is revealed to be 25 billion VND.
The Rolls-Royce Spectre boasts an electric motor that delivers a maximum output of 577 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque. This first electric car from Rolls-Royce can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds and has a top speed of 250 km/h.
With a range of 515 kilometers on a single charge according to the EPA test cycle in the US, the Spectre could travel from Đắk Lắk to Đà Nẵng without needing to recharge.
The British automaker justifies the 515-kilometer range as more than sufficient for their target clientele, as research shows that Rolls-Royce owners typically have multiple vehicles in their garage and may not drive their Spectre regularly.
