Cadillac Unveils the All-New 2025 Escalade: A Luxurious and Bold SUV
Cadillac has revealed a mid-cycle upgrade for its iconic full-size luxury SUV, the Escalade. The new version boasts a more modern design while retaining its signature opulent and bold aesthetic.
The changes to the Escalade are evident from the front, with its vertical headlights inspired by the electric Escalade IQ. The grille is larger and features a lighting element on the V-Series and Premium Luxury Platinum trims. Even the Cadillac logo is illuminated, thanks to integrated LED lighting.
While the rear of the SUV retains its signature boxy design, the taillights, bumper, and exhaust pipes have been refreshed for a sportier look.
The standard Escalade comes with impressive 22-inch wheels, and for those who crave a sportier style, Cadillac offers an optional 24-inch set—the largest ever produced by the brand.
One of the most notable upgrades is inside the cabin. The Escalade now features a massive 55-inch screen spanning the dashboard, along with a smaller screen in the central console for climate control and other essential functions. The SUV also gains a new steering wheel, shift paddles, and 128-color ambient lighting.
Cadillac has also introduced an optional second-row executive seating package for the Escalade, which includes massaging seats, a central control panel, a phone charging tray, a work table, and two 12.6-inch entertainment screens. The SUV boasts a 19-speaker AKG audio system, with an optional upgrade to the 40-speaker AKG Studio Reference system.
Under the hood, the 2025 Escalade drops the diesel I6 engine option in favor of a sole V8 powerplant. All models are now equipped with a 6.2L V8 producing 420 horsepower and 624 Nm of torque. The Escalade V takes performance further with a supercharged version of the same engine, generating 682 horsepower and 885 Nm of torque. A 10-speed automatic transmission comes standard across the range.
Pricing for the 2025 Cadillac Escalade has not yet been announced. The brand has confirmed that production and sales will commence later this year.
