The Geely Galaxy E5 is powered by China’s 7nm Dragon Eagle One CPU. Geely has introduced an innovative hidden door handle technology that promises reliable performance even in harsh conditions, and the company plans to share this technology with the industry.

Competitive Products

BYD Atto 3

Aion V 2024

As a small-sized electric SUV, the Geely Galaxy E5 will compete directly with the BYD Yuan Plus, also known as the BYD Atto 3 internationally, and the AION V. The AION V was recently launched with a price reduction of over 20,000 CNY compared to its predecessor, starting at 129,800 CNY. Comparing the two, the AION V has an advantage in battery life, but the Geely Galaxy E5 excels in terms of suspension comfort.

The BYD Atto 3, a benchmark model in the small SUV segment, is experiencing rapid sales growth. Compared to both competitors, the Galaxy E5 has certain advantages in terms of overall size and power. Additionally, the Flyme Auto system, integrated by Meizu, adds extra appeal to this model.

As the first pure electric SUV in the Geely family, the Galaxy E5 expands the brand’s product line. This new model has a stronger competitive edge in the core electric vehicle market thanks to its advantages in the three electric fields of intelligent electric drive + Aegis dagger battery.

At the same time, the Flyme Auto vehicle system and Flyme Sound smart cockpit, created in collaboration with Meizu, have brought stronger intelligence to the same-level models. In the market for small pure electric SUVs, the Geely Galaxy E5 offers higher cost performance and becomes a new choice for family pure electric SUVs.
