With a starting price of 215,800 CNY (approximately 755.5 million VND), the Lynk & Co Z10, positioned as a new “smart luxury sedan”, has officially opened for pre-orders.

The Lynk & Co brand, co-owned by Geely Auto and Volvo Cars, has started taking pre-orders for its first battery-electric vehicle (BEV) – the Z10, in China, two months after its debut.

According to the manufacturer, the Lynk & Co Z10 is priced from 215,800 CNY (~755.5 million VND), and early bird customers will receive benefits of up to 28,000 CNY (~97.9 million VND). There are a total of five variants of the Z10, and test drive vehicles are now available at the brand’s showrooms across China. The pure electric sedan is scheduled to be officially launched on September 5.

Lynk & Co Z10 made its global debut in mid-June in the Swedish market. The name “Z10” comes from “ZERO”, representing Zeal, Enjoyment, Responsibility, and Originality, encapsulating Lynk & Co’s vision. The name conveys four essential elements that deliver joy, excitement, safety, and quality in the driving experience the Z10 promises.

This pure electric sedan is built on the SEA modular platform. Its dimensions are as follows: Length x Width x Height: 5,028 x 1,966 x 1,468mm and a wheelbase of 3,005mm.

The design of the Lynk & Co Z10 is inspired by the “The Next Day” concept, featuring a fastback sports style. The exterior has minimal angular lines, opting for a sleek and streamlined look, resulting in an impressive drag coefficient of Cd = 0.0198 for this large sedan.

The front of the car impresses with its claw-like headlights, along with vertical daytime running lights, and trendy hidden door handles. At the rear, the Z10 features a long, continuous light strip, similar to the Lynk & Co 07 EM-P plug-in hybrid sedan.

The interior of the Lynk & Co Z10 is designed with a minimalist aesthetic, featuring almost no physical buttons or switches except for those on the doors and the two-spoke steering wheel. Notable amenities include a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 15.4-inch central touchscreen infotainment system with 2.5K resolution, a head-up display (HUD), and a premium Harman Kardon sound system with 23 speakers and WANOS surround sound technology. The seats are upholstered in luxurious Nappa leather and offer cooling, heating, and massage functions.

In terms of powertrain, the Lynk & Co Z10 offers two motor options. The Z10 RWD single-motor variant produces 415 horsepower and 440 Nm of torque, enabling it to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.9 seconds.

The higher-spec Z10 AWD dual-motor version delivers a combined output of 777 horsepower and 810 Nm of torque, resulting in a blistering 0-100 km/h sprint time of just 3.3 seconds.

Depending on the variant, the Lynk & Co Z10 offers a range of 675/705/750 km on a single charge. Its fast-charging capability allows it to gain 573 km of range in just 15 minutes.

In terms of driver assistance, the Lynk & Co Z10 is equipped with Lidar sensors and an Nvidia Orin-X chip, enabling highway and urban autonomous driving through the NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) feature.
