Mitsubishi is set to officially launch the mid-life facelift of the Outlander in Q3 2024.
The car has been recently spotted uncovered on the streets of Japan.
Compared to its predecessor, the 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander features subtle design tweaks. Specifically, it sports a redesigned grille and front bumper, along with upgraded LED headlights.
The test mule was spotted with a brand new Moonstone Gray Metallic exterior color and sporty 20-inch alloy wheels.
While the interior of the 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander remains under wraps, speculations suggest a redesigned dashboard and a new steering wheel. The digital instrument cluster and infotainment system are expected to be larger and packed with more features.
The car will feature semi-aniline leather seats with cooling functions and a Yamaha sound system.
The 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander will be powered by a hybrid powertrain, likely combining a 2.4L engine with two electric motors and a 20 kWh battery, delivering a total output of 252 hp and 450 Nm of torque. Mitsubishi may also increase the battery capacity to improve the vehicle’s all-electric range.
The Mitsubishi Outlander 2025 is expected to debut in the European market on October 1, 2024, following its initial launch in Japan.
