At exactly 10 am tomorrow morning, on the 14th of September 2024, the first activity of the world’s largest supercar event, Gumball 3000 2024, will officially take place in Vietnam, specifically on Le Loi Avenue in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. However, from the evening of the 13th of September, the supercars of Mr. Dang Le Nguyen Vu have already been brought out and displayed here.
Due to its proximity to the stage, the organizers arranged for the team of nearly 20 supercars owned by the Chairman of Trung Nguyen to be displayed earlier, making it more convenient for the following processes. The only inconvenience was that this afternoon, there was quite a heavy downpour, and it continued to rain until almost 9:30 pm, making it a bit challenging to transport the Ferrari supercars from District 7 and Thu Duc City.
However, with a high level of determination, the Ferrari team managed to bring out almost their entire fleet, and the good news is that initially, Trung Nguyen planned to display 15 Ferrari supercars, but if there is enough space on the stage, they will bring out more “prancing horses” to join the trio of super products: Bugatti Veyron, Ford GT, and Ford GT ’67 Heritage Edition, which are also promised to be displayed tonight.
As a result, the number of supercars may exceed or be close to 20, and this is also the first time that the Trung Nguyen Group has displayed such a large collection of supercars. This truly showcases their hospitality as Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, was chosen as the starting point for Gumball 3000’s journey to commemorate its 25th anniversary.
Among the Ferrari cars that arrived before 9:30 pm were the Ferrari F355 Spider in black, parked next to the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, Ferrari 430 Scuderia, Ferrari F430 Spider, Ferrari 458 Italia, Ferrari 458 Italia Liberty Walk edition, Ferrari 458 Speciale, white Ferraru F12 Berlinetta, Ferrari F8 Spider, Ferrari Roma, Ferrari 488 Pista Spider, and white Ferrari 488 GTB. And there are more to come, such as the black Ferrari 488 GTB and the Ferrari 360 Spider.
Mr. Vu’s supercars will only be on display and will not join the Gumball 3000 convoy, but they are sure to be an extremely popular “check-in” spot for those following the world’s largest supercar event, which is taking place in Vietnam for the first time.
