The All-New Honda City 2024 Special Edition: A Step Up from the V Variant, Now with Exciting New Upgrades
Honda has recently launched a special edition of its popular sedan, the City, in the Malaysian market. The Honda City 2024 Special Edition (SE) is a limited-edition model with only 99 units produced and priced at RM 95,200 (~ 553 million VND), excluding insurance. This special edition is offered exclusively in Platinum White Pearl exterior color.

The Honda City 2024 SE is essentially an upgraded version of the popular City V variant, enhanced with the Modulo accessory package for a more premium look and feel.
The new Honda City 2024 SE will be available in Malaysian showrooms starting next week. In the meantime, we can take a sneak peek at its design through these images of a City from the Thai market, fitted with Modulo accessories.
As seen in the images, the car features Modulo front, side, and rear bumpers, giving it a more upscale and sporty appearance. To enhance its exclusivity, the car is emblazoned with a Special Edition logo. Additionally, it comes with a driver-assist feature: a forward-facing digital video recorder (DVR).
Inside the cabin, the Honda City 2024 SE boasts added amenities such as scuff plates, side steps, footwell lighting, a tray organizer, and a dashcam. These features complement the already impressive list of standard equipment found in the V variant.
Under the hood, the Honda City 2024 SE retains the familiar DOHC i-VTEC 1.5-liter naturally aspirated inline-4 engine, delivering 119 horsepower at 6,600 rpm and 145 Nm of torque at 4,300 rpm. The front-wheel-drive sedan is paired with a CVT automatic transmission.
