For the Gumball 3000 2024 rally, participants not only got to experience diverse terrain but also explore scenic spots in each country. And when the rally reached Malaysia, as with other supercar journeys, the destination that the Gumballers looked forward to the most was the Sepang International Circuit.
In the early afternoon of September 21, 2024, Gumball 3000 participants had the opportunity to test out this race track. Here, two megacar Bugatti Chiron could unleash their 1,500 horsepower, along with the Porsche Carrera GT, which could reach its full potential on one of the rare international race tracks in the ASEAN region.
The captured images also show that two limited-edition Lamborghini Aventador SVJs in the convoy had their scissor doors open, creating very artistic photos. Unfortunately, in the images shared by Gumball 3000 2024, the Koenigsegg Regera “Honey” super car was notably absent from the front row. Instead, there were the Bugatti Chiron, Bugatti Chiron Super Sport, Pagani Huayra MC Roadster, and a green Ferrari 812 Superfast.
Currently, the Gumball 3000 2024 convoy has arrived in Singapore since last night, officially concluding the 25th supercar journey. The participants will have a full day to enjoy the Formula 1 race before bidding farewell, returning to their respective countries, and the supercars will be shipped back.
Gumball 3000 2024 took place from September 14 to 21, with the first two days starting in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
