The Mercedes-Benz Showcase: An Avant-garde Extravaganza featuring 30 Stunning Vehicles

THE AVANTGARDE 2024 – WHERE MERCEDES-BENZ TELLS THE 138-YEAR HERITAGE STORY

138 years ago, in 1886, Mercedes-Benz laid the historical foundation for the world’s automotive industry with the Benz Patent-Motorwagen – the first automobile in the world. Throughout history, a diverse range of luxurious models were born, featuring technological breakthroughs, trendy and unique designs, which elevated Mercedes-Benz to become one of the most valuable luxury car brands globally.

Within the vast exhibition space of 3,000m2, a recreated version of the Benz Patent-Motorwagen and nearly 30 Mercedes-Benz models are displayed in different sections, showcasing the unique characteristics of Mercedes-Benz and its brands. During the event, visitors will be guided through the 138-year history of the German brand and its iconic heritage; admire car and art performances; and explore the Mercedes-Benz collection – including a range of pure electric and typical luxury models.

Notably, the presence of the Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 SUV will be a highlight of the program, as Vietnam is one of the earliest markets to have this ultra-luxury pure electric SUV model.

During the 3-day exhibition from October 11 to 13, there will be 2 special performances each day called The Grand Show, at fixed time slots, promising to bring a colorful range of emotions. In addition, 2 car shows named The Car Show will also enhance the experience for visitors. Specifically, the performance schedule for each day is as follows:

As an important part before the exhibition, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam also invited about 40 VIP customers from the luxury segment to an exclusive event called The Exclusive Night on October 10. This separate event within the exhibition framework aims to show appreciation to customers and share the brand’s most prestigious values.

THE EXPANSIVE AND DISTINCTIVE MERCEDES-BENZ WORLD

VEHICLE DISPLAY AREA BY BRAND

In a spacious space with colorful image structures, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam presents an impressive exhibition list including nearly 30 different models from Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, and Mercedes-Maybach brands.

With its grand scale, Mercedes-Benz has gathered almost all prominent models from each segment of the brands, demonstrating the diversity of the company’s product portfolio. From the Maybach class with century-old masterpieces that have become iconic; to the bold AMG that conquers all speed limits; or the modern and unique Mercedes-Benz. 

In the most prominent position is the newly launched pure electric SUV model. Combining the luxury of exquisite craftsmanship from Maybach’s long-standing aesthetic philosophy, along with the captivating advanced technology of the pure electric era, the Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 SUV sets the highest standard for a pure electric luxury SUV.

MAYBACH LOUNGE AREA

In addition to the impressive lineup of vehicles, Mercedes-Benz also pays attention to every detail in each area. The exhibition space for the Mercedes-Maybach model, combined with the VIP lounge named MAYBACH Lounge, is also a special highlight as it is fully equipped with luxurious furniture and elegant screens, delivering a truly premium experience.

This exclusive area is for customers to admire the artworks that combine Mercedes-Maybach and David LaChapelle – the legendary photographer of the world. Access to this luxurious area is limited, with only about 150 special invitations marked “Exclusive for MAYBACH Lounge” from Mercedes-Benz Vietnam sent to 150 customers.

OTHER AREAS

Still in a luxurious and sophisticated style, the exhibition features a separate welcome area for customers called Star Lounge. This area is designed with drinks and carefully prepared pastries to optimize the comfort of visitors during the event.

In addition, for brand enthusiasts, the display area of genuine Mercedes-Benz Lifestyle accessories is an attractive destination to collect trendy items from the German brand.

ATTRACTIVE PROMOTIONS FROM MERCEDES-BENZ

EXISTING PROMOTIONS

Program “AMG ON ICE” (September-October 2024): MBV is offering AMG-themed trips – the “AMG On Ice” adventure, to customers. Specifically, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam will present a “AMG On Ice” exploration trip to experience driving exercises on ice in the far North of Europe – Sweden, for customers who choose AMG models in September & October 2024. The applicable models include: AMG G 63, AMG SL 43, and AMG GT 53 4MATIC+. The gift is limited to only 6 slots. In case the 6 “AMG ON ICE” packages are fully booked, customers who purchase the promotional cars will receive a cash gift of VND 200 million according to the current discount program.

As part of the Mercedes-Benz Vietnam promotional program, the AMG ON ICE activity will take place from February 17 to 19 in Arjeplog, Sweden – a place with majestic mountains and forests, and the AMG training area with specially designed ice tracks. During the three-day event, participants will join the professional trainers of Mercedes-AMG to go through various driving exercises such as: Driving with studded tires in harsh weather and road conditions, professional braking skills, obstacle avoidance, or maximum control when skidding.

Loyalty Program for Maybach Customers (until the end of 2024): In addition to existing benefits, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam continues to offer exclusive privileges to customers who have chosen to accompany the brand over the years. Accordingly, customers who have purchased genuine Mercedes-Benz cars and registered within the last 5 years will enjoy a discount of 3% for all Mercedes-Maybach models and 5% for the EQS Sedan model. These discounts will be effective until the end of 2024.

Especially, according to Decree No. 109/2024/ND-CP issued by the Government on August 29, the first registration fee for automobiles, trailers or semi-trailers, and similar vehicles produced and assembled domestically is reduced by 50%, applied from September 1 to November 30, 2024. As one of the few brands that owns a series of luxury models assembled domestically such as C-Class, E-Class, GLC, and C 43 AMG, customers who choose to buy these models from Mercedes-Benz will receive additional support of up to hundreds of millions of VND according to the government’s program.

LIMITED-TIME OFFER – ONLY FOR 15 DAYS

On the occasion of the launch of the Mercedes-Benz Exhibition: The Avantgarde 2024, from October 10 to 25, 2024, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam will offer the Star Care promotion with a 1-2 year MBI Classic (Mercedes-Benz Insurance Classic) car insurance package for customers who purchase new cars. This program is applicable to many products in the extensive portfolio of Mercedes-Benz Vietnam through the nationwide Distributor System (NPP).

The insurance package in this program has a duration of 1-2 years with a maximum value of up to VND 300 million (specific value depends on the model). Notably, customers can choose to convert it to cash (for certain models).
