Toyota Unveils the Racing Version of the Corolla Cross
The new Toyota Corolla is set to join the Stock Car Pro Series in the upcoming season. This is considered the biggest racing event in the Latin American region, featuring renowned drivers such as Reubens Barrichello and Felipe Massa.
Compared to the standard Toyota Corolla Cross, the racing version boasts a more aggressive design and a tubular chassis system, commonly used in race cars to optimize speed and performance.
The roof has been tweaked, and it features extended mudguards and a large wing attached directly to the frame.
Powering the Toyota Corolla Cross is a 2.1-liter turbocharged engine that produces an impressive 500 horsepower. The engine is paired with a rear-wheel-drive system, a 6-speed gearbox, and high-performance components.
