The GMC Hummer EV has been spotted on the streets of Hanoi, Vietnam, causing quite a stir.

This is reportedly the first GMC Hummer EV to be seen in the country, although it is unclear which variant it is.

As the electric vehicle bears Laotian number plates, its expected price upon entry into Vietnam is estimated to be over VND 3 billion. In the US, the GMC Hummer EV starts at $90,000 (approximately VND 2.3 billion).

The GMC Hummer EV boasts a massive, muscular design that exudes American style. Its front end is characterized by a minimalist grille and LED headlights on either side. The grille is divided into six sections, each bearing a letter that together spells out “Hummer.” Additionally, the grille is capable of illuminating at night, creating a striking visual effect.

The vehicle features a large front bumper, an aggressive skid plate, a short and upright windshield, and prominent mudguards. This SUV also offers an Infinity Roof, which has a flat design and can be removed and stored in the rear trunk.

The rear of the GMC Hummer EV stands out with its vertical taillights, similar to the pickup truck version. Notably, this large SUV also features a spare tire mounted on the rear trunk door.

Despite its rugged, off-road-inspired exterior, the interior of the Hummer EV exudes a modern and futuristic ambiance. It offers a 5-seat configuration with amenities such as a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 13.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system, both delivering stunning visuals and a powerful impact. Additionally, it features boldly designed control buttons and the Super Cruise semi-autonomous driving system.

Performance-wise, the GMC Hummer EV Edition 1 and 3X are equipped with three electric motors, generating a combined output of 830 horsepower and a staggering 15,592 Nm of torque. This enables the super SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds, with a maximum range of up to 480 km.

On the other hand, the 2X variant is powered by two electric motors, producing 625 horsepower and 10,033 Nm of torque. It offers a range of 400 km on a single charge.
