The all-new Hyundai Santa Fe has arrived in Ho Chi Minh City. This launch is relatively late compared to other markets, as the 2024 Santa Fe has been available in Thailand and the Philippines since the beginning of the year. |
The fifth-generation Santa Fe boasts impressive dimensions, measuring 4,830 mm in length, 1,900 mm in width, and 1,720 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,815 mm. It rides on stylish 21-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels, with varying designs across different trims.
The exterior of the new Santa Fe has undergone a complete transformation from its predecessor. The front end now sports a more angular design, resembling the Ford Bronco and Land Rover Defender.
The distinctive daytime running lights form the shape of the letter “H,” paying homage to the Hyundai brand, while the grille complements this unique design. The rear of the vehicle follows a similar design language, with the “H” shaped taillights positioned low on the bumper.

Hyundai has announced that the new Santa Fe will no longer offer a diesel engine option. Instead, it will be powered by two gasoline engine choices: a 2.5L naturally aspirated or a 2.5L Turbo GDI engine.
The 2.5L engine delivers 194 horsepower and 246 Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the turbocharged variant produces an impressive 281 horsepower and 422 Nm of torque. Both engines are mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and an HTRAC all-wheel-drive system.
The fifth-generation Hyundai Santa Fe is offered in five different trims, with prices ranging from 1,069 to 1,365 billion VND. This pricing strategy positions it competitively against rivals such as the Ford Everest (1,099-1,545 billion VND), Kia Sorento (964 million – 1,189 billion VND), Mazda CX-8 (949 million – 1,129 billion VND), and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport (1,13-1,365 billion VND).
