According to some sources, the 2025 Mazda CX-8 will be launched in Vietnam as early as the beginning of December. The car is a mid-cycle refresh with some minor design changes.

Dealerships have revealed that the 2025 CX-8 is expected to be offered in three trim levels: Luxury, Premium, and Signature AWD, with respective price tags of 969 million, 1.049 billion, and 1.149 billion VND. The starting price of the new version has increased slightly by 20 million VND compared to the current CX-8.

In terms of design, the 2025 Mazda CX-8 will feature a new front lighting system, including updated LED daytime running lights. The grille has been tweaked to be more angular, while the alloy wheels remain the same 19-inch size as before.

The equipment list of the new CX-8 is likely to remain unchanged from the current model. It still boasts a modern range of features, including a wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto-compatible infotainment system, tri-zone automatic climate control, a 10-speaker Bose sound system, Nappa leather upholstery, and a head-up display.

The safety suite of the Mazda CX-8 has been enhanced with the addition of tire pressure sensors. It also inherits features from the current model, such as blind-spot monitoring, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, and intelligent headlights…

Under the hood, the 2025 Mazda CX-8 continues to employ the 2.5L SkyActiv-G engine, generating 188 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 252 Nm of peak torque at 4,000 rpm. It is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission, with either front-wheel or all-wheel drive depending on the trim level. The car also comes with a sport mode, i-Stop idle-stop technology, and G-Vectoring Control Plus for improved driving dynamics.
