On December 4, 2024, Mercedes-Benz Vietnam announced a promotional program for a range of vehicles. The Mercedes-Benz models offered this month include the S-Class, GLB, A-Class, and GLC.
Specifically, Mercedes-Benz is offering direct discounts of up to VND 300 million, equivalent to 50% of the registration fee, on the S 45 4Matic (2023 VIN), S 45 4Matic Luxury (2023), Mercedes-AMG GLB 35 4Matic (2022), and Mercedes-AMG A 35 4Matic (2022) models.
There are only a limited number of units available for these models. The price support will be applied directly to the selling price of the car and the registration fee at the location where the customer registers the vehicle. This program is valid for customers who purchase a car between December 3, 2024, and December 31, 2024.
For the Mercedes-Benz GLC line, customers can choose one of two promotional programs, which cannot be combined. Accordingly, from December 4, 2024, to December 31, 2024, customers who purchase the new generation Mercedes-Benz GLC models (2023 production year) will receive a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Insurance package for one or two years (depending on the model) provided by Bao Viet Insurance Corporation, worth up to nearly VND 60 million. This program applies to the GLC 200 4Matic, GLC 300 4Matic, and GLC 300 4Matic (V1). This insurance package cannot be converted into cash or transferred in any form.

Secondly, a direct discount program is also offered during the above period. The GLC 200 4Matic is discounted by VND 50 million under this program. The corresponding discounts for the GLC 300 4Matic and GLC 300 4Matic (V1) are VND 80 million and VND 70 million, respectively.

In addition to announcing the year-end promotion program, the three-pointed star brand also introduced a new feature on the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom online store. This feature allows customers to easily reserve their favorite cars with just a few clicks.
The process for using this new feature is as follows:
- Step 1: Search and Select. The online store provides a platform to search for current Mercedes-Benz models. When customers find their favorite Mercedes-Benz model at a suitable distributor, they can choose to “Reserve a Car.”
- Step 2: Reserve a Car. Customers need to provide their personal and payment information (by credit card) to pay the Car Reservation Fee (currently VND 10 million) and then confirm their order. Before confirming the order, customers are required to read and agree to the Online Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Data Protection Policy.
- Step 3: After successfully reserving a car online, customers will receive an email notification with order details, and the selected Mercedes-Benz distributor will promptly contact them to confirm product availability and other information related to the sales contract. The next steps will be handled between the customer and the authorized distributor of Mercedes-Benz Vietnam.
Launched in the Vietnamese market in 2021, the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom online store allows customers to easily search for, select, and choose their preferred distributor. At the same time, customers can also check the availability of their favorite model at different distributors. After the customer leaves their information, the selected distributor will promptly contact them to advise and invite them to experience the car in person.
The online store platform has been and is being applied by Mercedes-Benz in various markets, including Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and South Korea.
