The highly anticipated Porsche Macan EV is set to make its official debut in Vietnam from December 13-15.

The official Porsche website in Vietnam also features comprehensive information and specifications for each Macan EV variant.

The Porsche Macan all-electric lineup in Vietnam will include four models: Macan EV, Macan 4 EV, Macan 4S EV, and Macan Turbo EV.

Powering the standard Porsche Macan EV in Vietnam is an electric motor that delivers up to 355 horsepower. The Macan 4 EV offers up to 402 horsepower, while the Macan 4S EV produces 509 horsepower. At the top of the range, the Macan Turbo EV boasts an impressive 630 horsepower and a maximum torque of 1,130 Nm. The vehicle can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds, and its range varies from 591 to 631 km based on the WLTP standard.

Built on the PPE (Premium Platform Electric) platform from the Volkswagen Group, similar to the Audi A6 e-tron and Q6 e-tron, the Macan EV features an 800-volt electrical system with fast DC charging capability. However, it does away with the two-speed gearbox at the rear axle.

The Porsche Macan EV 2024 has dimensions of 4,784 mm in length, 1,938 mm in width, and 1,622 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,893 mm.

The Macan EV’s roofline slopes like a coupe, enhancing its aerodynamic performance. It features a retractable rear spoiler that deploys at high speeds, and the distinctive clamshell hood has been replaced with a more conventional design, with shut lines running from the top of the headlights to the base of the windshield, rather than along the edge of the front fenders.

With its increased size, the Macan EV offers a more spacious and comfortable interior for passengers. Additionally, the luggage compartment has been enlarged compared to the combustion engine version.

In terms of interior features, the Macan EV boasts a 12.6-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.9-inch central display, and a matching 10.9-inch passenger-side screen. Climate control functions can be adjusted via a display located in the center console.
