On December 7-8, 2024, VnExpress in collaboration with FPT Online JSC organized the Vietnam Sustainable Mobility Show 2024 at Yen So Park, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi.

As the world takes action towards the Net Zero goal, the automotive industry’s development trajectory is no longer just about electrification for emission reduction. It also involves the application of technologies and solutions to protect the environment, significantly contributing to creating a sustainable future for humanity. Thus, sustainable mobility has become the industry’s overarching goal.

To shape a sustainable future, the automotive industry is focusing on various aspects beyond electrification. These include sustainable materials (biodegradable and reusable), weight reduction, recycling, clean fuels, and other solutions to make transportation less environmentally detrimental. Disseminating and scaling sustainable mobility solutions are essential to addressing practical issues and aligning with Vietnam’s current development orientation.

In this context, VnExpress, in partnership with FPT Online JSC, presents the Vietnam Sustainable Mobility Show – an exhibition showcasing environmentally friendly vehicles and technologies, and promoting a sustainable transportation ecosystem in Vietnam. The event will be a grand gathering for consumers and car enthusiasts, offering an ideal space for families to enjoy a fun-filled weekend with numerous exciting activities.

The exhibition’s highlight is the Car Expo, showcasing the newest and most anticipated car models in the Vietnamese market in 2024. This space underscores the brands’ commitment to developing environmentally friendly transportation solutions, paving the way for a greener and more sustainable future.

VinFast, with the largest exhibition area, presents its entire electric vehicle lineup sold in Vietnam. This includes cars such as VF 3, VF 5 Plus, VF 6, VF e34, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9. Their electric motorcycle offerings feature Evo200, Feliz S, Klara S, Vento S, and Theon S. Even their electric bicycle, DrgnFly, will make an appearance at this year’s event.

The exhibition also hosts four Japanese automotive brands: Honda, Subaru, Isuzu, and Mitsubishi. Honda showcases the new CRV Hybrid – e:HEV RS and the Civic e:HEV RS sports sedan. Subaru displays its newly launched Crosstrek e-Boxer hybrid and the Outback SUV, while Isuzu presents the New Isuzu D-Max 2024 pickup truck with a transformative design and technological upgrades. Mitsubishi rounds up the Japanese contingent with the new Triton and the Xforce 2024 SUV.

The Chinese automotive brand BYD joins the exhibition with its MPV Denza D9, one of the few pure electric vehicles in the multipurpose group in Vietnam. They also showcase the BYD M6 and Han, their latest offering. Another Chinese brand, Lynk&Co, presents its Lynk&Co 01 and Lynk&Co 06 models. Meanwhile, Volkswagen, the German automotive giant, attracts attention with its Viloran MPV, Teramont SUV, and Touareg SUV.

Beyond the vehicle displays, the Car Test zone offers visitors a unique opportunity to test drive over 30 car and motorcycle models, an experience rarely available before making a purchasing decision.

In the Car Care zone, visitors can explore and experience products from Total Energies, France’s leading oil and lubricant brand. Total’s technical experts will provide direct consultations and guidance on vehicle care and maintenance. Additionally, visitors can immerse themselves in high-quality automotive audio accessories from the renowned brand Pioneer.

The Vietnam Sustainable Mobility Show 2024 also serves as a family-bonding destination, offering a fun-filled weekend for children with exciting activities in the Car Play zone: camping, simulated racing, creating automobile models from recycled materials, lucky draws, and attractive prizes. Throughout the two-day event, food stalls, consumer product exhibits, musical performances, and minigames will provide a holistic and captivating experience for all attendees.

Within the exhibition, the Car Awards 2024 gala will be held to honor the most outstanding car models in the Vietnamese market this year. The event will gather representatives from manufacturers, distributors, and automotive dealers, along with journalists, industry experts, KOLs, KOCs, reviewers, and experienced consumers.

With its comprehensive scope and diverse activities, the Vietnam Sustainable Mobility Show 2024 aspires to become a landmark event for the Vietnamese automotive industry, paving the way and promoting new solutions and development orientations that align with the paramount goal of sustainable mobility.
