Answering calls from “unknown numbers” becomes a trend among excited VinFast car owners.

In recent days, the community of VinFast car enthusiasts has been abuzz with reports of people receiving confirmation calls regarding a special gift personally chosen by billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong. This gesture of appreciation is directed towards all electric and gasoline car owners who have contributed to the company’s historic milestone of becoming the number one brand in the market (cumulative up to the end of October 2024).

“A sweet-voiced girl called to confirm my address for VinFast to send a New Year gift. Anyone else receive a similar call?” This was the excited post by Tú Nguyễn in the VinFast VF 3 Ba Miền community, a large group of electric car enthusiasts with 71,000 members.

Many others have enthusiastically shared their experiences of receiving calls from the VinFast hotline. “I usually don’t answer calls from unknown landline numbers, but this time I did, and I was pleasantly surprised to hear about the upcoming gift. I’ve been eagerly awaiting it ever since,” shared Nga Nguyễn, another excited car owner. Similarly, sharing experiences about receiving or missing calls from the 024 area code has become a fun trend among electric car owners in recent days.

The buzz is equally high among gasoline car owners in their respective groups. Khúc Duy Cường, a Fadil car owner, shared the news of receiving a confirmation call in a group of over 135,000 members.

Expressing his excitement about receiving the gift, he also reminded other VinFasters to be on the lookout for similar calls. The Customer Care department of the Vietnamese carmaker will continue to reach out to customers, and the first gifts are expected to be delivered starting January 2025.

Bich Ha, a VinFast Lux A2.0 car owner from Hanoi, has been a loyal supporter of the brand since its early days. She asserts that she has never seen another car company go to such lengths to track down customers who purchased a car over four years ago just to express their gratitude. “I never expected to receive such a grand gesture of appreciation so quickly,” she exclaimed.

She also listed the gifts she will be receiving: a bottle of fine French wine, a lucky money envelope worth VND 888,000, and a New Year greeting card from the Chairman of Vingroup himself. According to her, these gifts are not just valuable for their monetary worth but also for the sentiment and thoughtfulness they convey from the highest leadership of VinFast.

“With other car brands, buying a car is just a transaction. But with VinFast, the experience is truly unique. I feel valued and appreciated, and now, receiving a gift and a greeting card personally chosen by the billionaire himself is truly a first-time experience,” she shared. She is also considering switching to a VinFast electric car to continue her positive experience and support the Vietnamese brand in the electric vehicle era.

In fact, this is not the first time that the company has shown its appreciation to its customers with such meaningful gifts. According to Hoang Le, a VinFast customer, the company has always been generous with gifts for both new and existing customers, including vouchers for vacations and maintenance services, as well as free charging policies. In addition, they have offered a range of attractive incentives to make it easier for gasoline car owners to switch to electric vehicles.

Observers attribute VinFast’s rapid rise in market share and customer trust to not just their superior product and service quality but also their customer-centric and relationship-focused approach to business. This unique style of doing business, coupled with their competitive products and pricing, has solidified their position as the number one brand in the market.

Furthermore, on December 3, with the opening of their 111th service center, VinFast cemented their leadership in having the largest service network in Vietnam. This is a testament to their commitment to providing the best customer care in the market.

According to experts, with their strong customer relationships and product advantages, the Vietnamese carmaker is poised to maintain its market leadership position in the foreseeable future.
