Hanoi, December 12, 2024 – VinFast and its seven insurance partners, including PVI, Bao Viet, BIC, VBI, PTI, BSH, and VNI, have signed an agreement to minimize the approval time for insurance plans for their customers.

The agreement between VinFast and its partners aims to deliver an exceptional after-sales service experience, in line with VinFast’s philosophy of “Putting Customers at the Center.”

According to the new agreement signed with the insurance companies, VinFast customers will benefit from expedited insurance approval processes, similar to those offered to the insurance companies’ large partners and clients. For minor incidents (with repair costs below VND 10 million), the approval time for repair quotes will be a maximum of four working hours from the time the insurance company receives the quote from VinFast’s service workshop.

For more complex cases, VinFast and its partners are committed to expediting the handling process as much as possible, with an average turnaround time of 48 working hours after receiving the repair quote from VinFast’s service workshop. Additionally, once the loss is determined to be within the scope of insurance coverage, the insurance companies will guarantee the full compensation amount as per their commitment to the customers.
