The all-new Skoda Kodiaq made its debut in Vietnam at the VMS 2024 exhibition last October and has now officially started taking deposits for this D-segment SUV.
According to information released by Skoda on its website, the new-generation Kodiaq in Vietnam will continue to offer two versions like its predecessor. However, the names of these two versions have been changed to Premium 4×4 2.0 TSI and Sportline 4×4 2.0 TSI.

Contrary to initial information, the Skoda Kodiaq 2025 in Vietnam will not offer two engine options like its predecessor. Instead, both versions will be powered by a 2.0L turbocharged petrol engine.
This engine is likely to be the same unit from the previous generation. If so, it will deliver a maximum output of 190 horsepower and a peak torque of 320 Nm. Compared to the older model, this engine produces 10 more horsepower. The power is transmitted to the wheels via a 7-speed wet dual-clutch automatic transmission and a 4-wheel drive system.
The Skoda Kodiaq 2025 is now offered with only one engine option.
In addition, the Skoda Kodiaq 2025 has been enhanced with new design elements and equipment. The exterior design of the SUV has evolved with new features such as headlights, taillights, front and rear bumpers, and alloy wheels.

The highlight of this model is the new LED matrix headlights with an increased number of 36 modules. These headlights feature a sophisticated crystal design, giving the SUV a more premium look.

Similar to the previous generation, the Skoda Kodiaq 2025 is equipped with a two-tier headlight system. In the center of the front end is a wider grille with vertical slats illuminated by a slim LED strip.
Compared to the standard Premium 4×4 2.0 TSI version, the high-end Sportline 4×4 2.0 TSI version boasts a sportier exterior. This is evident in the black exterior details such as the grille, mirror caps, roof rails, and D-pillar. The front and rear bumpers, as well as the alloy wheels, also feature unique designs on the Sportline version.

The interior of the Skoda Kodiaq 2025 offers more spaciousness than its predecessor thanks to its larger dimensions. Specifically, the SUV measures 4,758 mm in length, 1,864 mm in width, 1,657 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,791 mm. Compared to the previous generation, it is 61 mm longer, 18 mm narrower, and 24 mm lower, while the wheelbase remains unchanged. The luggage compartment offers a capacity of 340 liters or 845 liters with the rear seats folded down.
Not only is it more spacious, but the interior of the Kodiaq 2025 is also more comfortable and modern, featuring a 10-inch digital instrument cluster, a 13-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 14-speaker Canton sound system, and a panoramic sunroof.
