On this occasion, Toyota launches the “Million Trusts” campaign with the spirit of “Dedication – Professionalism – Conquer Million Trusts” as a commitment to Toyota’s service philosophy.

A network of 85 dealerships and authorized service stations across 49 provinces and cities
Toyota began establishing its dealership and authorized service station network in Vietnam in the 1990s, with a modest number of outlets initially concentrated in major cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. A decade later, Toyota’s authorized service stations had grown to 12, covering more provinces and central and southern regions. By the 20-year mark, Toyota boasted 44 authorized service stations nationwide, providing professional sales and after-sales services. Today, this network continues to thrive with 85 authorized service stations, catering to customers’ needs for both products and vehicle care services.

Since 2019, Toyota has implemented the Eco-Dealership periodic assessment program at all Toyota dealerships in Vietnam. Dealerships are also encouraged to use fully synthetic engine oil, water-based paint, install solar power systems, eliminate single-use plastics, and adopt various other ideas to conserve energy and reduce emissions. In 2024, Toyota Vietnam recorded over 1.9 million vehicles availing official services, a 9% increase compared to 2023. In 2025, commemorating 30 years in the Vietnamese market, Toyota proudly reached the 20-million milestone for after-sales services.
