VinFast Delivers Over 12,500 Electric Vehicles in February 2025 in Vietnam, Solidifying its Leadership in the Domestic Automotive Market.

Despite the multiple-day interruption due to the Lunar New Year holiday, in February, VinFast still achieved a 25% growth in sales compared to January 2025, delivering 12,500 vehicles of various models.

Among these, the VF 3 accounted for the largest proportion, with 5,200 units delivered, earning the title of the “national electric car”. With its competitive pricing, dynamic dimensions, and stylish design, the VF 3 appeals to a diverse range of customers, from first-time car owners to those purchasing their second or third vehicle; from young, trendy individuals to homemakers, office workers, and retirees; and from urban dwellers to rural residents. Notably, the VF 3 is one of the rare models in the market that inspires creativity in its owners, giving rise to a personalization trend across the country.

Following closely in VinFast’s February 2025 sales ranking is the VF 5, with over 3,000 units sold. The VF 5 stands out with its accessible pricing, optimized functionality, and economic efficiency, making it the top choice for both personal use and business services.

In third place is the VF 6, with nearly 2,000 units delivered, marking the fifth consecutive month of crossing the 1,000-unit sales milestone. This solidifies the VF 6’s leadership in the B-segment for high-riding vehicles in Vietnam.

The remaining 2,200+ units are distributed among the VF e34, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9 models, with the VF 7 alone accounting for over 570 units.

The impressive performance in February 2025 extends VinFast’s streak of remarkable achievements in the domestic market. After becoming the best-selling automotive brand in 2024, VinFast has delivered nearly 23,000 electric vehicles to Vietnamese customers in just the first two months of 2025.

Ms. Duong Thi Thu Trang, Deputy General Director of Global VinFast Sales, shared: “VinFast has been well-prepared and is off to a good start in 2025. Although our goals are challenging, we believe that with reasonable adjustments to our sales strategies, the introduction of new products, and enhanced service quality, VinFast will continue to earn the trust and support of our customers in the coming time.”

VinFast recently shifted its business strategy starting March 1, 2025, by discontinuing the battery leasing option and focusing on selling vehicles with batteries included at attractive prices.

Additionally, VinFast has announced the official prices of its Green models optimized for transportation services. The Minio Green, Herio Green, Nerio Green, and Limo Green vehicles will be available for booking from March 17, 2025, through GSM partners, with prices ranging from VND 269 million for the Minio Green to VND 749 million for the Limo Green. The new models are expected to be delivered in August this year, while the Herio Green and Nerio Green will be handed over to customers as early as April 2025.

With optimistic business prospects, reasonable adjustments to sales policies, and attractive new products, VinFast is poised to accelerate its growth in the coming months, aiming to double its global vehicle deliveries in 2025 compared to 2024.
