Chinese automaker Zeekr has unveiled the limited-edition Zeekr 009 Grand Collector Edition.
This special variant of the luxury electric MPV, the Zeekr 009 Grand, boasts intricate and unique design details catering to upscale customers with refined tastes and a penchant for exceptional experiences.
The Zeekr 009 Grand Collector Edition boasts an overall length of 5,217 mm, a mere 8 mm longer than the standard Grand version. The wheelbase remains unchanged at 3,205 mm, optimizing interior space.
A standout feature of the Zeekr 009 Grand Collector Edition is the presence of 24K gold on various exterior and interior details. According to the manufacturer, a total of 3 grams of pure gold has been used to accent elements such as the front and rear logos, window trim, door handles, sills, wheels, and the LiDAR-integrated frame on the roof.
Beyond gold plating, Zeekr has employed advanced PVD coating technology, coupled with femtosecond laser engraving, to create “multi-color black” artistic patterns. A total of 240 engraved lines enhance the intricacy and exclusivity of this limited edition.
The Zeekr 009 Grand Collector Edition boasts a modern and spacious interior with a 4-seat configuration, featuring rear business-class seats. This luxurious space is equipped with high-end amenities, including multi-directional power-adjustable seats, a hidden work table, an 18L champagne cooler, a dedicated 43-inch 4K resolution screen for rear passengers, and the Zeekr OS 6.0 operating system. The attention to detail extends to the floor mats, crafted from Andean camel hair, a rare and indulgent material in automobiles.
Powering the Zeekr 009 Grand Collector Edition are two motors, one at each axle, generating a maximum output of 789 horsepower and a peak torque of 810 Nm. This MPV is equipped with CATL’s 5C Qilin 108 kWh battery pack, enabling a maximum range of 702 km on a single charge. The 800 V platform facilitates rapid charging, taking the battery from 10% to 80% in just 11.5 minutes.
Zeekr confirms that the 009 Grand Collector Edition will be produced in limited quantities, targeting collectors and upscale customers in China and select international markets. It carries a price tag of approximately 899,000 Chinese yuan, which equates to over 3 billion VND.
The vehicle will make its public debut at the 2025 Shanghai Auto Show in late April 2025, with deliveries expected to commence in June 2025.
