On the morning of May 1st, heavy rain and thunderstorms in Hanoi caused several trees along the Thang Long Boulevard and surrounding areas to fall, blocking the road and posing risks of accidents and traffic disruptions. However, the authorities promptly addressed the situation, ensuring safe passage for vehicles.
During the first two days of the holiday break, the National Committee for Traffic Safety’s hotline received 11 calls and messages reporting traffic incidents and issues.
