For June 2025, Suzuki Vietnam is offering attractive promotions for its XL7 and Jimny models, similar to previous months. The incentives for these Suzuki models have been increased compared to the previous month to accelerate the clearance of inventory.
The Suzuki XL7 Hybrid offers a significant advantage with a 100% registration fee support worth VND 60 million for vehicles produced in 2024 (VIN number). For the 2025 XL7 Hybrid, a 50% registration fee support is provided, resulting in a savings of VND 30 million for buyers.
Following the footsteps of the 2024 XL7 Hybrid, the Suzuki Jimny for the same year receives a generous 100% registration fee support, amounting to VND 80 million. This incentive is specifically for the 2024 Suzuki Jimny with the corresponding VIN number.
Model | Year of Production | Promotion | Value (VND) |

In the Vietnamese MPV segment, the Suzuki XL7 Hybrid stands out with its competitive incentives. Its rivals, the Toyota Veloz Cross and Avanza Premio, also offer 100% registration fee support ranging from VND 56 to 64 million. Meanwhile, Honda BR-V provides a 50% registration fee discount worth VND 31-35 million.
The XL7 and Jimny are the two passenger car models currently distributed by Suzuki in Vietnam. After the discontinuation of the Ertiga, the XL7 has become the flagship model for the Japanese brand. However, both the Suzuki XL7 and Jimny have relatively low sales figures.
In the first four months of this year, Suzuki sold 769 units of the XL7, falling behind competitors such as the Toyota Veloz Cross, Honda BR-V, Kia Carens, and Mitsubishi Xpander. The Jimny’s sales performance is even lower, with only 94 units sold during the same period.
Despite being one of the most affordable options in its segment, the XL7 struggles to attract buyers due to its unremarkable design and features. Conversely, the Suzuki Jimny’s sales are impacted by its high price, starting at VND 789 million, coupled with compact dimensions, a four-seat interior, and basic comfort and safety equipment.
Suzuki is expected to launch two new models in Vietnam this year: the Swift and Fronx. The new-generation Suzuki Swift has already made an appearance on the official brand fanpage, hinting at an upcoming launch. As for the Suzuki Fronx, the company has confirmed its introduction towards the end of the year.
The new Suzuki Swift is expected to be launched soon in Vietnam.
Suzuki Fronx is confirmed to enter the Vietnamese market later this year.
