On June 9, 2025, VinFast announced up to 50% land rental incentives and guaranteed product consumption for Vietnamese auxiliary enterprises participating in the company’s automobile production chain. This announcement was made at the Conference on Enhancing Localization and Developing the Supplier System organized by VinFast.

The conference gathered over 1,000 enterprises operating in the fields of industrial and auxiliary production in Vietnam. Among them were about 700 existing partners of VinFast and more than 300 potential partners seeking opportunities to join the company’s global automobile production chain.
At the conference, Ms. Thai Thi Thanh Hai – Vice Chairwoman of Vingroup and Deputy General Director of VinFast Global – shared the company’s development plan and announced a series of attractive incentive and support policies for supply partners. Accordingly, in terms of localization rate, VinFast aims to achieve 80% by 2026. In terms of output, VinFast targets a production capacity of up to 500,000 vehicles by 2027 and towards 1 million vehicles/year by 2030.

To meet the above growth targets and share development opportunities with Vietnamese enterprises, VinFast will expand its domestic supply chain, offering special support conditions to domestic enterprises. Specifically, VinFast will provide a 50% land rental incentive for the first three years and 20% for the next five years for partners investing in building factories at VinFast’s two automobile production complexes in Hai Phong and Ha Tinh.
In addition to land support, VinFast also guarantees product consumption according to plans agreed upon with partner enterprises. Moreover, VinFast connects Vietnamese enterprises with foreign partners as needed. Through this, enterprises can receive technology transfers and gain experience, gradually improving their international competitiveness and proactively participating in the global supply chain.
