After its debut two years ago, the first Ferrari Purosangue supercar has officially arrived in Vietnam.
The newly imported Purosangue features a sleek gray exterior, and it is currently unclear if it has found an owner yet. If registered for road use, it will be the first Purosangue to hit the roads in Vietnam.
In Vietnam, the Purosangue is priced at approximately 40 billion VND, excluding personalization options. This price point makes it one of the most expensive SUVs in the domestic market.
Aside from its staggering price tag, the Ferrari Purosangue stands out with its unconventional design. It features a unique 4-seat configuration with spacious rear seating. It is also the first Ferrari to incorporate reverse-opening rear doors, adding a touch of uniqueness and making it easier for passengers to enter and exit the cabin.
Under the hood, the Purosangue is powered by a 6.5L naturally aspirated V12 engine that delivers 715 horsepower and 715 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission and an all-wheel-drive system, enabling the super SUV to sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds, reaching a top speed of over 310 km/h.
The Ferrari Purosangue may not be the fastest or most powerful SUV on the market, but it offers a unique blend of pure Ferrari performance and the versatility of an SUV. More importantly, it is the first Ferrari that is family-oriented, a trait not commonly associated with the likes of the 812 Superfast or SF90.
Should it hit the roads, the Ferrari Purosangue will mark a significant milestone for the Prancing Horse in Vietnam, setting a new standard for luxury and performance in the domestic SUV market. Car enthusiasts eagerly await the moment when the first Purosangue bears a Vietnamese license plate, becoming an icon of opulence and pure performance.
