Hundreds of Hanoi Residents Trade in Gasoline Motorcycles for VinFast Electric Upgrades

As early as 8 am, the event was bustling with people. Despite the light rain, residents of the capital persisted in showing up, demonstrating their interest in the electric scooter lines that VinFast brought to the event.

VinFast dealers also provided direct consultation and support to customers for vehicle exchange, along with a series of attractive incentives. The highlight was the program to trade in old gasoline vehicles for new electric ones, which received positive feedback from a large number of participants.

Ride-hailing Drivers and Outskirt Residents Rush to Upgrade

Many people were observed at the event, bringing in their numbered motorbikes and scooters from major brands such as Honda and Yamaha for appraisal and exchange for VinFast electric scooters. Not only residents from the inner city but also those from the outskirts and ride-hailing drivers participated enthusiastically.

Mr. Tran Den from Quoc Oai was the first customer to complete the transaction: he traded in his gasoline-powered scooter, which he had been using since 2011, for a VinFast Evo200 and only had to pay an additional 7 million VND.

Test Drive Experience: “Smooth, Light, and Easy to Maneuver”

The event also included a test drive area with a separate track to ensure the safety of new drivers. Mr. Duc from Bac Tu Liem shared his experience after testing the Evo200: “The scooter is very smooth, light, and easy to maneuver. I’m very satisfied with my first electric scooter driving experience. I’m considering buying one.”
