A young man, Nguyen Van Duoc, caused a stir on social media with a short video of him stepping into a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ in a graduate gown. However, the truth behind this awe-inspiring moment surprised many.
Recently, a video went viral on social media featuring a young man dressed in a graduate gown and white shoes confidently stepping into a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ in a light blue shade. This cinematic moment instantly captured the attention of netizens, with many assuming that he was a young heir who owned a supercar worth billions of dong upon his graduation. The clip has garnered over 10 million views on TikTok, along with thousands of comments and shares.
The protagonist in the clip is Nguyen Van Duoc (born in 2003, Hanoi) – the owner of a TikTok account with almost 270,000 followers, often posting content about luxury cars, supercars, and his work at an automotive showroom.
Duoc shared that the supercar in the clip wasn’t his. He is an employee at a Hanoi-based car showroom. On June 21, he borrowed the showroom’s car to attend his best friend’s graduation ceremony at the Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment and took the opportunity to make a TikTok video. Unexpectedly, the video went viral. He added that the clip only showed his back and a part of his face, and the graduate gown made it harder for people to recognize him. However, within the car enthusiast community, Van Duoc is a familiar face often seen alongside supercars like Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Rolls-Royce on social media.
Van Duoc started working at the showroom in 2022 and now has two years of experience in selling and renting cars. His appearances in videos with luxury cars are not just driven by passion but are also part of his job in communications.
Although he doesn’t own these million-dollar cars, the 21-year-old is making his mark in the car enthusiast community with his seriousness, passion, and excellent trend-spotting skills in the digital realm.
