Volkswagen Vietnam has been offering significant discounts on their models for several months now, and July 2025 is no exception.
This month, the Volkswagen Tiguan, Teramont, and Teramont X lines all feature promotions. Notably, the Teramont stands out with a discount of up to VND 350 million on the Limited edition. The post-promotion price of this version is only VND 1.788 billion. This discount alone is enough for a brand new Kia Morning in Vietnam.
Following this is the Volkswagen Tiguan with a 100% registration fee waiver for the Luxury and Platinum versions. The listed prices for these two versions are VND 1.599 billion and VND 1.688 billion, respectively. Therefore, the registration fee waiver for these two versions will be worth between VND 160 and 169 million.
Meanwhile, the Volkswagen Teramont X offers a 50% registration fee discount on the Luxury version, which has a listed price of VND 1.998 billion. This means a savings of up to VND 100 million for buyers of this model.
The Volkswagen Teramont Limited was first introduced in the Vietnamese market in April 2024, with a listed price of VND 2.138 billion. Compared to the standard version, the Teramont Limited features unique equipment such as 20-inch alloy wheels, new side steps, and an electric tailgate with a kick sensor for hands-free opening.
Inside, the Teramont Limited boasts a Nappa leather-wrapped steering wheel with touch controls, wireless phone charging, and a fold-out table on the back of the front seat, complete with cup holders. Additionally, it features a Dynaudio High-end audio system with 11 speakers and tinted windows.

The remaining highlight of the Volkswagen Teramont Limited Black Edition lies in its safety equipment. Accordingly, the car is equipped with an automatic brake hold system, blind-spot monitoring, and a 360-degree camera.
Under the hood, this model still features a 2.0L turbocharged 4-cylinder gasoline engine, producing a maximum power of 220 horsepower at 4,500 – 6,200 rpm and a maximum torque of 350 Nm at 1,600 – 4,400 rpm. The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and Volkswagen’s 4Motion all-wheel-drive system.
Volkswagen does not disclose specific sales figures in Vietnam. However, it is known that the Viloran is currently the best-selling model for the German brand in the country. In the past year, Volkswagen sold nearly 2,000 units of the Viloran in Vietnam. This large MPV alone accounted for about two-thirds of Volkswagen’s total sales in the market.
Recently, the Volkswagen Viloran quietly increased its prices, with the Premium version now priced at VND 2.088 billion and the Luxury version at VND 2.288 billion. These prices represent an increase of VND 99 million and VND 100 million, respectively, compared to the previous listed prices. Additionally, the top-of-the-line Teramont X Platinum has also seen a price increase of VND 110 million, now priced at VND 2.278 billion.
