With its sleek design, powerful performance, and an impressive range of up to 262 km on a single charge, the VinFast Evo Grand is a compelling alternative to gasoline-powered vehicles in the popular segment.

Modern design and superior features compared to gasoline vehicles in the same price range

The electric motorcycle market in Vietnam is more vibrant than ever, with increasing environmental awareness and new model launches. Among them, VinFast stands out with the Evo Grand – a model that caters to a diverse range of customers.

From its launch, the Evo Grand impressed with nine color options and a rounded, sleek design that appeals to the aesthetic sensibilities of urban dwellers. Analysts highlight the long 770mm seat, sharp digital instrument cluster, and modern LED Projector headlamp as features that surpass many gasoline vehicles in the same price range of over 20 million VND.

“Another striking feature is the under-seat storage capacity of up to 35 liters, a rare find in traditional scooters,” said Tung Trinh (Xe Tinh Te Channel). With a single battery, the entire under-seat space is dedicated to storage, accommodating a helmet, laptop, rain gear, and personal items. Even with the addition of a second battery, there’s still ample room for daily needs.”

Not only does the Evo Grand excel in design and features, but it’s also equipped with a 2,250W electric motor that meets the IP67 waterproof standard. This advantage is unique to electric vehicles, giving users peace of mind when riding through flooded areas.

“I used to own a gasoline-powered bike, and I avoided riding during heavy rains in Hanoi due to engine issues. But since switching to the VinFast electric scooter, even in heavy rains, I feel much more confident,” shared Minh Quan, a Hanoi-based user on a vehicle forum.

A range of 262 km is more than enough to replace gasoline vehicles in urban areas

Observers note that with a range of up to 262 km on a single full charge (using two batteries), the Evo Grand has dispelled all doubts about electric motorcycles.

Especially with its removable and independently chargeable auxiliary battery, users can ride with one battery while charging the other at home or work. This flexible usage optimizes continuous travel, benefiting delivery drivers, couriers, and those who travel extensively daily.

“I ride 20 km daily. With a range of 262 km, I only need to charge every 10 days to two weeks. In comparison, a gasoline bike with a full tank rarely goes beyond 200 km,” said Le Thanh from Hanoi.

Meanwhile, Hoang Hai, a ride-hailing driver, shared that he pre-ordered the Evo Grand for its convenient charging options and low operating costs – a distinct advantage of electric scooters over gasoline vehicles.

Many users compare the cost of a gasoline vehicle that consumes 2 liters/100km at 20,000 VND per liter, resulting in a cost of about 110,000 VND to travel 262 km. In contrast, charging the Evo Grand at home costs slightly over 10,000 VND. Moreover, public charging stations offer free charging until May 2026. Electric scooters also eliminate expenses associated with oil changes, spark plugs, air filters, and complex transmission systems, resulting in significant long-term savings.

Amid the growing green transition, observers predict a significant market share gain for electric scooters this year, thanks to practical models like the Evo Grand, which can genuinely rival gasoline vehicles.

To support Hanoi residents in switching from gasoline to electric scooters, VinFast offers a unique opportunity to own an Evo Grand, Evo Grand Lite, or any other VinFast electric scooter with 0 VND down payment for customers with permanent or temporary residence in Hanoi.

Specifically, drivers who purchase vehicles through GSM and register for commercial operations on the Xanh SM Platform will receive a 10% discount on the vehicle price. VinFast will guarantee 90% of the remaining amount for bank loans or financial partner loans for up to three years under GSM’s guarantee.

For personal use purchases, customers only need to pay 10% of the vehicle price, with VinFast offering a 10% gift, and the remaining 80% can be paid through installment loans for up to three years.

Additionally, from now until October 24, 2025, VinFast will cover 100% of the registration fee for Hanoi residents who purchase VinFast electric scooters.
