The McLaren 750S Spider is powered by the M840T V8 engine, a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged unit shared with the 765LT Spider, albeit with slight adjustments. This results in a power output of 750 PS, 15 PS less than the 765LT Spider but 30 PS more than the 720S Spider. It delivers a torque of 590 Nm.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, enabling the McLaren 750S Spider to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds. Similar to the 720S Spider, it reaches 200 km/h in 7.3 seconds and 300 km/h in 20.4 seconds. Its top speed is an impressive 332 km/h.
