Last weekend, two stunning convertible supercars made a rare appearance on the streets of Ho Chi Minh City: the Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster and the Ferrari 812 GTS. Both models are extremely rare in Vietnam’s automotive market.
These convertibles are a sight to behold, with the Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster limited to just 500 units globally, and the Ferrari 812 GTS being the most powerful ICE Ferrari currently available. Both vehicles are now up for sale.

At its launch, the Ferrari 812 GTS convertible was priced above $450,000, approximately 10.5 billion VND. However, pre-owned models have seen price increases ranging from $100,000 to $250,000, depending on their condition and optional features.
The appearance of the Ferrari 812 GTS alongside the Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster on Vietnamese roads is a special treat for enthusiasts. Unlike previous flagship models such as the Ferrari 599 GTB and F12 Berlinetta, the 812 GTS is the first to offer a commercially produced convertible variant.

The GTS variant features a hardtop roof that can be opened or closed in just 14 seconds, even while driving at speeds under 45 km/h.
The Ferrari 812 GTS is the most powerful V12 convertible Ferrari available today. Its naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine delivers a maximum output of 789 horsepower and 718 Nm of torque.
This convertible supercar accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds, and from 0 to 200 km/h in 8.3 seconds, reaching a top speed of 340 km/h—performance figures identical to the Ferrari 812 Superfast.

Each Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 SV Roadster bears the inscription “1 of 500,” signifying its place among the 500 units produced globally, a practice now standard across all limited-edition Lamborghini Aventador models.
Unlike the Lamborghini Aventador SV Coupe, which has one unit in Vietnam, the SV Roadster’s roof is divided into two removable carbon-fiber panels, each weighing only 6 kg, allowing for easy manual detachment.
The Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster also features a small rear glass panel behind the seats. Its 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine produces 740 horsepower and 690 Nm of torque.
