The Vietnam Off-Road Championship PVOIL CUP 2025 stands as the most emotionally charged season yet, delivering breathtaking performances over three days of intense competition on the harshest terrain in its 18-year history.

A SEASON OF UNBROKEN RECORDS

The Vietnam Off-Road Championship PVOIL CUP 2025 (PVOIL VOC 2025) concluded after three thrilling days, marking a season that shattered all records in its 18-year legacy.

This year’s event was the largest ever, featuring 24 tracks—nearly double the 2024 edition—spread across 250 hectares of mountainous terrain at the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village. The expanded scale and increased difficulty presented the toughest challenges yet, fueling an electrifying atmosphere throughout the competition.

Not only did the organizers set new benchmarks, but the athletes also etched their names into PVOIL VOC history.

In the Basic Class, the duo Nguyễn Đình Hiếu and Cao Anh Tú clinched their third consecutive championship, showcasing unparalleled consistency and resilience.

In the Advanced SUV Class, Phan Ngọc Mỹ and Bùi Minh Duy secured their third joint victory, with Phan Ngọc Mỹ becoming the most successful athlete in the event’s history with four championship titles.

Remarkably, they were the only team to achieve a perfect score across all challenges—a feat unlikely to be surpassed in the coming years.

With its scale, quality, and high-spirited competition, PVOIL VOC 2025 transcended being just a race; it set a new benchmark as the largest, most professional, and emotionally resonant season in Vietnamese off-road motorsport history.

THREE DAYS OF PURE OFF-ROAD EMOTION

The increased number of challenges both excited and daunted competitors. Continuous rain over the three days doubled the difficulty. Despite these harsh conditions, 70 teams and 140 athletes from across the nation completed 50 challenges and 24 tracks (including 23 main tracks and 1 night Adventure track) with unwavering determination, thrilling tens of thousands of rain-soaked spectators.

At the closing ceremony, Mr. Nguyễn Đại Hoàng, Head of the Organizing Committee, remarked, “Rain and mud didn’t dampen the spirit of PVOIL VOC; they amplified its essence—rugged, emotional, and challenging. Every racer and spectator contributed to making this season unforgettable.”

Mr. Ngô Việt Dũng, Head of the Executive Board, added, “This year, the PVOIL VOC 2025 tracks nearly doubled to 24, with 4 additional spectator experience tracks. Longer, more diverse, and harder than ever, the tracks were further intensified by three days of rain. Yet, all teams completed the race safely, delivering the highest-quality season in VOC history. This year set numerous records: the largest venue, the strictest Cut Off Time, a team dominating every challenge, and nail-biting finishes down to the last second.”
