As previously reported, VinFast is set to launch upgraded versions of its entire product lineup in Vietnam next year. Ahead of this release, the first images of the upgraded VinFast VF 3 have unexpectedly surfaced on social media.

According to a sales consultant, the upgraded VinFast VF 3 has arrived at dealerships in various colors and quantities. The vehicle is ready for delivery to domestic customers as early as next month.
The leaked images reveal only the interior design of the 2026 VinFast VF 3. Notably, Vietnam’s popular electric vehicle has been equipped with new features, including an updated steering wheel and infotainment system.
Specifically, the steering wheel now features two additional cutouts for easier control. It also includes a new voice command button located at the lower right corner.
The 10-inch infotainment screen remains unchanged in size but now supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity—a highly anticipated feature among Vietnamese customers.

The new VinFast VF 3 now supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Unfortunately, details about the new VinFast VF 3 remain limited. As a mid-cycle upgrade, the design is expected to receive minor improvements, while the powertrain is likely to remain unchanged.
If so, the vehicle will continue to use a rear-mounted electric motor with a maximum output of 43 horsepower and 110 Nm of torque. Paired with an 18.64 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, it offers a range of 210 km on a full charge (NEDC). Charging times are 5 hours for a slow charge (10% to 70%) and 36 minutes for a fast charge.
On VinFast’s official website, the VF 3’s price has been updated to 302 million VND, a 3 million VND increase. According to dealership consultants, this is the new price for the upgraded VF 3. Meanwhile, remaining inventory of the older model will be sold at a discount of 3-6 million VND.
With its new equipment upgrades, the VinFast VF 3 is poised to maintain its strong sales performance in Vietnam. Currently, the VF 3 is Vietnam’s best-selling car, with 4,610 units sold in October 2025 and 36,005 units year-to-date.
