Tasco Auto Joint Stock Company (“Tasco Auto”) and Esky Energy Investment Trading Service Joint Stock Company (“Esky”) have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the development and operation of a nationwide fast-charging station network for electric vehicles.

In the initial phase, both parties will jointly develop over 50 DC fast-charging stations at Tasco Auto showrooms across Vietnam by early 2026. This effort, combined with Tasco Auto’s existing charging infrastructure, aims to fully cover all Tasco Auto showrooms in the subsequent phase.

This milestone marks a strategic advancement for Tasco Auto in completing its comprehensive mobility ecosystem, aligning with Esky’s vision to expand its fast-charging infrastructure. This partnership aims to meet customer demand and support Vietnam’s transition to green transportation.

Strategic Collaboration Between Tasco Auto and Esky: A Major Step Toward Green Transportation

Tasco Auto identifies charging infrastructure development as a cornerstone of its smart mobility ecosystem, encompassing vehicle distribution, after-sales services, and clean energy provision. Esky, a pioneer in Vietnam’s fast-charging sector, boasts a large-capacity DC charging network and smart management technology, ensuring speed, safety, and reliability for users. The alliance between Tasco Auto, Vietnam’s largest auto distributor, and Esky, a leading energy technology firm, will enhance fast-charging accessibility, promote electric vehicle adoption, and foster a sustainable green transportation ecosystem in Vietnam.

Building on its success in distributing premium brands like Lotus, Volvo, Zeekr, Lynk & Co, and Geely, Tasco Auto is now focusing on a comprehensive service ecosystem through its partnership with Esky. This collaboration will complete Tasco Auto’s value chain, offering customers a seamless experience with integrated products, after-sales services, and charging infrastructure. This reinforces Tasco Auto’s commitment to providing Vietnamese consumers with high-quality vehicles and a complete mobility experience.

The strategic partnership will maximize both companies’ strengths in deploying DC fast-charging solutions. By Q1 2026, over 50 fast-charging stations will be installed at Tasco Auto showrooms nationwide, strategically located in key areas to enhance convenience for electric vehicle users. In the following phase, the network will expand to cover all Tasco Auto showrooms and extend to service centers, parking facilities, and maintenance hubs, aiming to establish one of Vietnam’s largest green transportation ecosystems.

As part of this collaboration, electric vehicle customers of Tasco Auto’s distributed brands will enjoy a 35% discount on charging services compared to other brands, ensuring cost-effective and comprehensive benefits.

Mr. Hoàng Anh Tuấn, CEO of Tasco Auto, stated: “Partnering with Esky is a pivotal step in our journey to develop green transportation infrastructure. We aim to provide customers with not only top-quality vehicles from leading brands but also a complete service ecosystem and a worry-free experience with Tasco Auto. With over 50 charging stations operational by early 2026, supplemented by our existing network, and further expansion planned, we are confident this collaboration will deliver significant value to the market and exclusive benefits to our customers.”

Mr. Hồ Khánh Bảo Thiên, Chairman and CEO of Esky, commented: “We highly value Tasco Auto’s strategic vision and are honored to partner in developing fast-charging stations across their nationwide showroom network. This collaboration is a key milestone in Esky’s infrastructure expansion, ensuring electric vehicle users have access to safe and convenient charging services anywhere. We believe this partnership will significantly contribute to the sustainable growth of Vietnam’s electric vehicle market.”
