Exciting news for car enthusiasts in Vietnam! The highly anticipated Toyota Innova Cross standard edition is set to hit the market, with its recent appearance at local dealerships. Back in October 2025, rumors circulated about this new variant, and now it’s a reality with the introduction of the affordable G model.

Toyota Vietnam has strategically designed this version to be more accessible to customers by reducing certain features, thereby lowering the price. As expected, the Innova Cross G lacks the premium amenities found in its higher-end counterparts.

Notably, the new standard model sports 16-inch alloy wheels, a downgrade from the 17-inch and 18-inch wheels on the premium versions. Additionally, the G model features Halogen headlights instead of LED, and the LED daytime running lights are absent.

Inside the cabin, the Toyota Innova Cross G offers manually adjustable seats and tailgate, along with a smaller touchscreen infotainment system, likely measuring 8 inches. In contrast, the premium models boast power-adjustable seats, tailgate, and a larger 10.1-inch touchscreen. However, the G model retains the electronic parking brake and Auto Hold function.

Details about the safety features of the new G model are limited, but it’s confirmed that the 360-degree camera has been removed.

Under the hood, the Toyota Innova Cross G is powered by a 2.0L four-cylinder gasoline engine paired with a CVT automatic transmission, delivering 172 horsepower and 205 Nm of torque.

Like its siblings, the Innova Cross G is imported from Indonesia. While the official price is yet to be announced, it’s expected to be around 750 million VND, making it 75 million VND cheaper than the current gasoline model in Vietnam.
