Yesterday afternoon, on December 27, 2025, supercar enthusiasts in Ho Chi Minh City gathered in District 1 for a spectacular showcase of luxury vehicles. Nearly 15 cars were on display, predominantly featuring iconic brands such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Aston Martin, and Porsche.

Among the lineup, the oldest model was the Lamborghini Gallardo, which debuted nearly three decades ago. This rare vehicle, with its prestigious license plate, belongs to a discreet 80s-born entrepreneur who once owned a collection of over 50 supercars, most of which have since been sold.

Produced from 2003 to 2013, the Lamborghini Gallardo was the second model released under Audi’s ownership and became the brand’s best-selling vehicle at the time, with 14,022 units manufactured during its production run.

Named after a famous fighting bull breed, the Gallardo’s V10 engine made it Lamborghini’s top-selling model, complementing flagship V12 models like the Murciélago (4,099 units from 2001 to 2010) and later the Aventador.

On November 25, 2013, the final Gallardo rolled off the production line. It was succeeded by the Huracan in 2014, which has also since been discontinued, boasting over 20,000 units produced and becoming Lamborghini’s most diverse model.

The Lamborghini Gallardo, produced from 2004, features a 5.0-liter V10 engine delivering 493 horsepower and 510 Nm of torque. This “super bull” accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4 seconds, reaching a top speed of 309 km/h.

In addition to the Gallardo, the gathering featured four other Lamborghinis: a white Aventador LP700-4 and three uniquely modified Huracans in gray, orange, and yellow.

The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine producing 700 horsepower and 690 Nm of torque. Paired with a 7-speed ISR automatic transmission, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds, topping out at 349 km/h.

The Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 boasts a 5.2-liter V10 engine generating 610 horsepower and 560 Nm of torque. It sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds, reaching a maximum speed of 325 km/h. These models also feature custom exhaust systems for a more exhilarating roar.

The event also showcased an Aston Martin Rapide, Porsche 911 Targa, the one-of-a-kind McLaren 720S with Novitec’s N-Largo package, and a Maserati Levante Trofeo.
