Honda HR-V Sweeps “Car of the Year” Awards for 2025

The “Car of the Year 2025” Award (Car Awards 2025) is a professional program that recognizes outstanding car models launched in Vietnam during 2025, organized by VnExpress. The awards are judged by a panel of leading automotive experts, including journalists, driving instructors, product researchers, technicians, and independent judges.

At the “Car of the Year 2025” Awards Ceremony, the Honda HR-V, a newly launched model by Honda Vietnam (HVN), outperformed numerous competitors in its segment and the overall market to achieve the highest score. It was proudly honored with both the “Car of the Year” award in the B-segment SUV category and the most prestigious “Car of the Year” award for the entire market in 2025. This achievement is the result of a rigorous evaluation process by the organizing committee, aimed at selecting the most outstanding vehicle to provide an objective and reliable reference for Vietnamese consumers.

According to the organizers – VnExpress, in a dynamic year with over 50 new or upgraded car models introduced, the most in 30 years of the domestic automotive industry, the HR-V’s victory is even more significant. Its philosophy of not following the crowd, combined with its advanced features, performance, and hybrid engine, has earned the admiration of a majority of experts, delivering joy behind the wheel.
