V-Green Partners with RoadGrid India to Launch Rapid Charging Network

This collaboration strengthens the foundation for a robust, accessible, and modern EV charging ecosystem nationwide.

Under the partnership, RoadGrid will deploy fast-charging stations at high-visibility, high-demand locations across India, including Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) retail outlets, smart cities, and other strategic sites. This initiative supports V-GREEN’s goal of establishing a comprehensive, reliable, and efficient EV charging network in India.

V-GREEN will take primary responsibility for ownership, software integration, and overall ecosystem management. RoadGrid will facilitate infrastructure deployment by identifying locations, engaging local stakeholders, managing approvals, coordinating parties, and providing on-site operations and maintenance support.

V-GREEN brings global expertise in large-scale EV charging infrastructure development and operation, while RoadGrid leverages local execution capabilities and deep understanding of the Indian market. Together, they aim to ensure rapid deployment, high operational reliability, and seamless charging experiences in urban centers, highways, and emerging EV corridors.

This partnership underscores V-GREEN and RoadGrid’s shared commitment to India’s energy transition by enhancing fast-charging infrastructure, accelerating EV adoption, and building long-term consumer trust. Previously, RoadGrid signed an MoU with global EV manufacturer VinFast to develop 120 service workshops in India, further solidifying its role in VinFast’s growth.
