This morning, April 1st, a tanker truck carrying oil caught fire on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Highway, in the Tran Yen district of Yen Bai province. The incident caused a traffic standstill, and tragically, the driver was trapped in the vehicle and perished. Another individual also sustained injuries.
