The price increase for the Mazda CX-3 not long ago was 8-10 million VND. The corresponding increase for the Mazda CX-30 was 25 million VND for both versions.

Although they have increased, the prices of the three Mazda models mentioned above are still quite attractive in their segments. In addition, Mazda models also have the common feature of having a beautiful exterior design that appeals to the general public.

In the first 11 months of 2023, Mazda sold a total of 3,495 Mazda2 cars to Vietnamese customers, ranking 5th in the B-segment sedan category, behind Hyundai Accent (14,700 cars), Toyota Vios (10,499 cars), Honda City (8,391 cars), and Mitsubishi Attrage (4,495 cars). The respective numbers for the Mazda CX-3 and CX-30 are 1,294 and 1,521 cars. Both models are currently at the bottom of the B-segment SUV category.

In the middle of 2023, the Mazda2 Sedan was upgraded with some new design details such as grille, front bumper, and new alloy wheels. Depending on the version, the car will use 15-inch or 16-inch wheels.

Meanwhile, the upgraded equipment of the Mazda2 Sedan remains the same as before. The engine is still the 1.5L Skyactiv-G 4-cylinder gasoline engine with a maximum output of 110 horsepower and a maximum torque of 144 Nm. This engine is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission.

For the new Mazda CX-3, there is an additional entry-level version, the 1.5L AT. This version only has basic features such as Halogen headlights and lacks automatic on/off headlights and automatic angle adjustment. In addition, it has 18-inch alloy wheels, power-folding/adjustable mirrors, fabric seats, a 7-inch touchscreen central display, a 6-speaker audio system, electronic parking brake, temporary auto hold, push-button start, and cruise control.
