8. 1957 Ferrari 250 Testarossa

There are a total of 34 Ferrari 250 Testarossas ever produced, including prototypes. The car in this list is the fourth one produced with chassis number 0714, and it’s the second car that was sold. At Marranello in 2009, the 1957 Ferrari 250 Testarossa was auctioned for over $12 million.
This car participated in the 1958 Cuban Grand Prix in Havana and was later kidnapped by the revolutionaries of Fidel Castro, who captured the reigning Formula One world champion at the time Juan Manuel Fangio. The race continued, with Fangio’s Testarossa finishing in 13th place with its later owner, race car driver Piero Drogo.

It also won the 12-hour race in Pescara.
6. 1964 Ferrari 250 LM

The Ferrari 250 LM was sold for $14.3 million in 2013. It is one of the first Ferrari models with a mid-engined car design and is still preserved as the 24th out of the 32 produced. The car finished in 8th place overall and 1st place in its class at the 1968 Daytona 24-hour race.

The Ferrari 275 GTB/4 NART Spider, with this record-breaking price, is one of only 10 remaining cars of this model in the world. It appeared in the film The Thomas Crown Affair alongside Steve McQueen.
NART Spiders were created by car importer Luigi Chinetti, who understood the American market’s taste for convertible sports cars.
2. 1954 Mercedes-Benz W196
