Honda Vietnam Company (HVN) has organized the Final of the Excellent Sales Staff Competition in 2023 with 12 teams from Honda Car Distributors nationwide.
The Excellent Sales Staff Competition in 2023 is organized with the desire to create motivation and encourage the Product Consultants and Internal Training Lecturers team to enhance their knowledge and skills to effectively apply them in practical work, to satisfy the expectations of customers.

With the message “Conquer every challenge,” the 15th Excellent Product Consultant Competition has attracted the participation of nearly 700 Product Consultants and over 100 Internal Training Lecturers from 48 Distributors nationwide. The candidates went through three thrilling rounds with knowledge and skills tests for Product Consultants and Internal Training Lecturers.
Based on the evaluation according to the customer perspective from the Leadership Board of the Automobile Business Block – Honda Vietnam Company, the 12 best teams, each consisting of 01 Product Consultant and 01 Internal Training Lecturer, were selected to participate in the Final round in Da Nang.
After a tense competition, the most outstanding individuals and Distributors were officially honored:

The Excellent Sales Staff Competition is organized annually, not only as a useful playground for Sales Consultants and Internal Training Lecturers to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving capabilities, but also to promote the improvement of service quality in the customer care process at Distributors. From there, contribute to enhancing the satisfaction and trust of customers in the Honda brand, helping to spread “Joy of Shopping” to customers throughout the country.
