Hongqi H9 was officially launched in Vietnam on January 19, 2022. With its attractive price, luxurious design, and premium interior, the Hongqi H9 has quickly gained popularity among Vietnamese customers. At the time of its launch, the Hongqi H9 was offered in 5 versions: 2.0 Elegance, 2.0 Luxury, 2.0 Premium, 3.0 Premium, and 3.0 Flagship, with prices ranging from 1,508 to 1,688 to 1,888 to 2,468 to 2,688 billion VND.
Recently, a “used” 2022 Hongqi H9 car unexpectedly appeared for sale on social media by some specialized buying/selling units. The seller claims that this sedan has an odometer reading of 17,000km and belongs to the 2.0 Premium version. The offered price is from 1.6 billion VND.
Hongqi H9 is the flagship sedan of the Chinese brand, with dimensions of 5,137 x 1,904 x 1,493 mm in length, width, and height, respectively, while the wheelbase is 3,060 mm. The design of the Hongqi H9 is considered to be inspired by famous luxury car models, including the two-tone paint style from Maybach, a rear compartment from Cadillac XTS, and a front face from Rolls-Royce.
Inside the cabin, the H9’s interior is adorned with premium materials such as leather, wood, and chrome. The car is equipped with a large instrument cluster and center screen, an interior ambient lighting system, and an electronic gear lever.
The Hongqi H9 comes with 2 powertrain options. The first is the 2.0T Mild-Hybrid engine, delivering 252 horsepower and 380 Nm of torque, enabling the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.8 seconds. The second option is the V6 3.0L turbocharged engine, producing 283 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque, allowing the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds. Both engines are paired with a 7-speed automatic DCT gearbox and rear-wheel drive.
